Alexandros brings over 10 years of hands-on experience building and operating hospitality businesses at scale. As co-owner of a multi-brand hospitality group, he has led expansion strategy, overseen cross-brand performance, and built the operational infrastructure required to scale without losing standards.
His consulting work spans restaurant turnarounds, new concept launches, franchise development, and investor advisory — all grounded in the reality of having run the businesses himself. He has taken concepts from zero to revenue, rebuilt struggling operations from the inside, and guided founders through exits.
He founded Manos Consulting to work directly with operators, investors, and founders who want a strategic partner with real skin in the game.
